Graciousness & Gratitude: Thankful hearts and minds in all things

Do you have the graciousness to have a heart full of gratitude?

Can true graciousness exist without gratitude?

Is it possible to be “thankful in all things”?

These questions are addressed in this fireside full of stories.  Listen to an experiment unfold and then choose to challenge yourself in a new way.

The Language of the Spirit: Keys to hearing, knowing and understanding

Jag förstår inte.                         이해가 안되는 데요.                      Ich verstehe nicht.

Just like becoming proficient in a new language requires diligent study and consistent practice, learning to discern the Spirit’s whisperings, nudgings and prompts requires the same.

We love having local youth/young adults participate in this fireside by singing the songs that are a part of it.  Plan ahead so there is plenty of time to learn the songs!  (Sheet music will be provided free of charge for the singers and accompanist to use.)

Songs Included:

  • I Stand All Amazed (International Version for ST preferred, but it uses Swedish & Korean.  Could substitute other languages.)
  • I Need Thee Every Hour (Choose a version)
    Angels Round About Us
  • Like Never Before
  • This House Divine

LOST: A musical journey with themes of friendship and hope

Once upon a time on a mountainside, a young man was left  behind by his youth group.  This fireside tells the true story  of this young man.  It is a story full of heartache, loneliness, friendship and answered prayers. Unbeknownst to each individual of the group, each person was experiencing the same worries and trials as the others.  The story of one young man became the story of all and the triumph of all.

Fireside attendees will be able to see themselves in these stories and learn valuable life lessons as did the youth in the story.  The importance of kindness and strong friendships and the answering of prayers are highlighted in this fireside.
